Can I Change Employer On A 482 Visa?

Can I Change Employer On A 482 Visa?

Can the 482 employee change sponsor employer only once?

The employee can change to multiple employers if you are nominated by the employer. For instance, you can return to your previous employer, but that employer must apply, and further nomination is approved by the DHA for that employer. So, it is best to check with the DHA and ideally, a registered migration agent to advise the employee of the steps required for both the sponsoring business and the 482 TSS visa holder.

Worldly Migration have successfully advised both businesses and employees in relation to application, sponsorship, nomination, and visa application for the 482 TSS work visa. If you are a 482 Visa holder who recently left your employer and is looking to be nominated by a prospective business sponsor, you can book in a consultation with our employer sponsored visa specialist and registered migration agent, Evan Bishop to advise you of the steps to be taken to ensure your application and transfer nomination is given the best chance of approval.
