What’s the Immigration Department called again these days?

The current Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) in which has a division for migrants and sponsors undergo hearings on appeals on visa refusals, previously stood as the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT), which is another acronym you may come across (however hopefully not, given it would only be if you were fighting a refusal).

Familiarisation of these acronyms, rather than fear of not understanding them, will ease the confusion of your Australian PR pathway.

Worldly Migration has meeting spaces across Melbourne CBD, Ringwood, Dandenong and Lilydale, and travels to employer client locations across all of metropolitan and regional Victoria. Services are available to all migrants world-wide. Contact Us to discuss your options.
